Dermal Micro-Needling
Dermal Microneedlng is an advanced skin needling technology which uses multiple micro needles to pierce the skin with an automatic vibrating function. When moved across the skin it causes tiny micro channels.
In response the skin cells release a series of growth factors and proteins which induce the increased production of collagen and elastin, facilitating natural repair and growth. The channels also allow delivery of active serums into the skin's fibroblast cells to feed the underlying cells. This increased absorption of active ingredients into the skin creates stimulated repair. For a period of 6-24 months following treatments, the skin will become stronger and thicker. The increased collagen will make the skin smoother and firmer, greatly improving lines, wrinkles and scarring. Uneven skin tone and texture greatly improves as the skin regenerates.
Advanced skin needling promotes scar-less healing and the deposition of normal woven collagen, similar to fractional laser treatments, but without the side effects and downtime. Unlike traditional skin needling rollers, the Dermal Microneedling Pen causes less trauma and has minimal epidermal (skin) damage, therefore reducing pain and discomfort, and making it a safer more effective treatment.
